The Best Damn Poll In The Land

So I was moseying through my team's thread and saw yet another reference to this poll. It intrigued me that a group of individuals are giving their efforts to influence to BCS. I want to know more about this and how to become more of a part of it. I know there is a selection process and hope that this upcoming year's selection has not already taken place so that I may be given an opportunity. I know that you may never have heard of me, but with respect to college football I know where I stand and have many good opinions to offer.

If someone could please fill me in on exactly what all the specifics are for this unique group, I would be very appreciative. Also I would like to visit the site soon, but its under construction?
